I am having a lot of email issues with the email address I use to log into Tumblr. As such, I have basically moved my entire tumblr here.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Over a hundred years ago, a university student found himself seated in a train by the side of a person who seemed to be a well-to-do peasant. He was praying the rosary and moving the beads in his fingers.
“Sir, do you still believe in such outdated things?” asked the student of the old man.
“Yes I do. Do you not?” asked the old man.
The student burst out into laughter and said, “I do not believe in such silly things. Take my advice. Throw the rosary out through this window and learn what science has to say about it.”
“Science? I do not understand this science? Perhaps you can explain it to me,” the man said humbly with some tears in his eyes.
The student saw that the man was deeply moved. So to avoid further hurting the feelings of the man, he said, “Please give me your address and I will send you some literature to help you on the matter.”
The man fumbled inside pocket of his coat and gave the boy his visiting card. On glancing at the card, the student bowed his head in shame and became silent.
On the card he read: “Louis Pasteur, Director of the Institute of Scientific Research, Paris, France.”
You are on the list. God Bless!
No problem. You are on the list.

No problem. You are on the list.
For those who do not know, here is the list. Check it out!
Okay. I really don’t know much about that so thanks for the info.
Personally, I’m not really sure. I think that the way God measures time is outside of the way we measure time. Also I don’t believe in evolution at all. If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?
Thank you, dear. I will continue to pray for you.
May God bless you abundantly through this month of His Mother.
Very true! Thanks.
God Bless!
You sound a lot like I did a few years ago. I gave up all of my extracurriculars and forced myself to pray even when I didn’t want to. It took me a while but I realized that prayer is not just repeating words and saying the Rosary. Yes, that is prayer, but that is not the only way to pray. After I spent some time with some amazing Sisters I learned how to do this. Maybe you would like this as well, so I’ll share it.
I learned to try to make every action during the day a prayer. For example, when I turned the light switch on or off I would say “Eternal rest grant onto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace.” When I wash dishes I think of all the times Our Lady washed Our Lord’s dishes in the home in Nazareth. When I climb stairs I think of the Via Dolorosa that Our Lord had to climb to Golgotha. My advice is to start slow and add maybe one aspiration/prayer like this every week or so until they come without having to put much thought into it. This has helped me a lot and I hope it works for you as well. I realized I wasn’t called to give up everything, that God just wanted me to recognize Him in my life. Even Jesus partied at the wedding at Cana.
I hope this helps. Have a great weekend. I will be praying for you.
God Bless!
